Notes & Policy

All Prices quoted are per person and include airfare for illustrative delineation
If Non PAN Card or LRS limit exceeds of Rs.7 Lakh, then TCS 20% is applicable
In case of package booked without umrah visa through us, than transportation will be subject to availability.
Unutilized services are Non-refundable.
Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
Rooms Check-In time at 04 PM and Check-Out time at 12 PM (Saudi Local time)
No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
The tour dates, Flight schedule and Tour Itinerary programs are provisional and subject to change as per Flight availability etc. And Program shall be followed as per the English Calendar only.
Tour Operator reserves the right to provide similar Hotels / Flights. No refund shall be given in such cases.
In case of deviation, deviation charges will apply.
All services are pre-booked and are based on strict timings. Any delay resulting in the pax missing the benefit of the services, then we are not responsible.
We are not responsible for any loss/damage/ color loss or discoloration of clothes due to Laundry.
Local Ziyarat are subject to local regulations. Late comers will be left behind. No Alternate ziyarat or refund shall be given.
We are not responsible for any luggage losses, Injuries, damages, Accidents and additional expenses due to any reason, not limited to, delay of flight, act of God, deportation, umrah visa expiry, theft, personal injuries, damages related to laundry.
Services, Itinerary, and prices are subject to Saudi and Indian Government regulations.
Complimentary ZAM ZAM will be given only if accepted by the Airlines at the airport.
The Company is merely an aggregator of services and the company shall not be responsible for and deficiency in services or any part there of which is pertaining to third party service providers.

Requirements

Indian passport valid for at least 6 months having minimum 2 blank pages and 2 white background photographs of size 4x6cm.
Pan card and copy Aadhar Number
LRS Declaration.

Booking Policy

60% of the amount to be paid between 21 to 30 days before departure date.
Final 100% amount to be paid 20 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without prior notice.
Book through NEFT/RTGS or Cheque.or cash.
If your booking is routed through any of our Booking Center the Tour cost shall remain the same as applicable. ALMARJAAN Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any cash transactions at any booking centers.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below.

Rs.50000/- per person is NON REFUNDABLE
60% of the Package amount if cancelled between 21 to 30 days before departure.
100% of the Package amount is NON REFUNDABLE if cancelled within 21 days of departure.
Date Change charges Rs.10000/- per person PLUS other charges if any. For Changes made between 21 to 30 Days before departure or else the above cancellations shall apply.
Within 20 Days of departure date no date change is applicable or else the above cancellations shall apply.

Any request to change the travel date will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
Subject to availability and operational feasibility
A non-refundable rebooking fee of ₹10,000 per person will apply over and above the package price.
Additional charges or deductions may apply based on third-party service provider policies (hotels, airlines, visa).
Any change in package type (upgrade/downgrade) is subject to availability and pricing at the time of request.
Any refund, additional cost, or cancellation resulting from such a change will be informed in advance and shall be binding upon the passenger.

Special Waiver Clause:

If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of confirmation, and your scheduled departure date is more than 30 days away, you are eligible for a full refund, including the ₹10,000 non-refundable booking advance. Any FIT hotel or flight cancellation policy—including non-refundable or restricted fares—will override this waiver, and the applicable third-party policy will apply.

ALMARJAAN Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any delay, alteration, or cancellation due to events beyond its control including natural calamities, pandemic outbreaks, government orders, travel restrictions, flight disruptions, political unrest, or acts of God. In such cases, any refunds or adjustments will be made based on the recovery from third-party vendors and will remain at the sole discretion of ALMARJAAN Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 21 working days from the date of approval.
All refunds shall be made after deduction of applicable cancellation charges, utilized services, and statutory charges including taxes, visa fees, airline cancellation, and administrative expenses.
Refunds will be made only to the original mode of payment or registered account of the passenger
